Delete Your Account — Circuit Hacker
You can permanently delete your Circuit Hacker account and its associated data at any time, either directly inside the app or by contacting us. This page explains both options and exactly what is deleted.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open Circuit Hacker and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- From the home screen, tap your profile / account card to open the Account screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Review the warning and confirm with Delete Forever.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Note: if you have an active Circuit Hacker Pro subscription, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, or you will continue to be billed.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us at Novalayergames@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify ownership of the account and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (removed from our authentication provider, Clerk)
- Your public leaderboard username and leaderboard entries
- All cloud saves and game progress (levels, scores, stats, settings)
- In-game currencies, unlocks, and quest/reward state
- Purchase records held in our game database
- Any connected Facebook identity, encrypted Facebook access token, cached friend edges, and associated social profile data
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data is retained
- Deletion marker: we keep a minimal, anonymous record that the account ID was deleted, so a deleted account cannot be accidentally restored by an old device syncing stale data. It contains no profile, progress, or contact information.
- Payment records: transaction records held by the applicable payment processor or app store (Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play / RevenueCat) are retained as required for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes, per their own policies.
No other data is retained after deletion.
