Welcome to Circuit Hacker ("the App," "the Game," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Chase Tuttle (operating as "NovaLayer"). NovaLayer is not a registered legal entity — it is a trade name used by Chase Tuttle, an individual, who is the sole party responsible for the App. By downloading, installing, or using Circuit Hacker, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Circuit Hacker offers optional purchases and subscriptions (e.g., ad removal, energy packs, and the Circuit Hacker Pro subscription). Depending on where you play, purchases are processed either through the Apple App Store or Google Play (managed via RevenueCat) or through our secure web checkout (processed by Stripe). All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store or payment processor. Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Advertising

Circuit Hacker may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob, including optional reward ads and interstitial ads. Ads are non-personalized unless you explicitly consent to personalization, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your device's ad-tracking settings. Purchasing ad removal disables these advertisements.

6. User Content

Where the App allows you to submit content (e.g., your public username or suggested arcade game designs), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, display, and distribute that content within the App and its services. Usernames and submissions must not be offensive, infringing, or impersonate others; we may remove or change violating content.

7. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, design, characters, and trademarks associated with Circuit Hacker are owned by Chase Tuttle (operating as "NovaLayer") and protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
